What is Aries PMS?

How are extra guests and meals priced?
On the hotel Policies tab you configure occupancy surcharges as percentages of the total base stay, and meal rates as fixed amounts per guest per night for specific date periods. Reservations calculate room, guest, and meal totals automatically.
Are confirmation emails sent automatically?
Yes. When a reservation is confirmed, a guest confirmation email is sent using the built-in mail template. The email is sent once per reservation and logged in chatter.
How does Channel Manager integration work?
Create hotel-bound API keys under Configuration â Channel Manager API Keys. Partners authenticate with Bearer tokens and scoped permissions for availability, rates, quotes, and reservation writes.
What is the RMS Integration add-on?
An optional â¬199 module that syncs final daily rates from Aries RMS into Odoo and pushes live hotel occupancy back to RMS on reservation changes. Purchase a license at the Aries shop, activate the key under Configuration â RMS Integration, then configure each hotelâs RMS API credentials and sync.
How do tour operator allotments work?
Confirm an allotment block to soft-hold rooms for a partner. Upload guest names before the release date. After the cutoff, unused rooms are released back to public inventory so direct / OTA channels can sell them.
